PERPANJANGAN IZIN TINGGAL TETAP BAGI TKA PIMPINAN TERTINGGI

PERSYARATAN

  • Paspor kebangsaan yang sah dan masih berlaku serta memuat tanda masuk
  • Surat permohonan dan Formulir 24
  • Surat pernyataan dan jaminan dari sponsor (pakai Kop Perusahaan, Penjamin dan Yg Bertanda tangan adalah HRD yang mendapat kuasa dari pimpinan tertinggi)
  • Surat kuasa bermaterai 0000 cukup dalam hal pengurusanmelalui kuasa
  • Surat pernyataan integrasi
  • RPTKA asli dan fotokopi
  • Notifikasi pendaftaran IMTA dan Notifikasi penggunaan TKA
  • DPKK asli dan fotokopi
  • Fotokopi KTP sponsor
  • Fotokopi Halaman Paspor

  • * Kepala Kantor Imigrasi menyampaikan surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah dalam jangka waktu paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (5) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat Direktur Jenderal sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (7) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 5 (lima) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Proses Wawancara dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak surat persetujuan Direktur Jenderal diterima.
  • * Penyelesaian permohonan pemberian Izin Tinggal Tetap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal dilakukan wawancara dan telah dilakukan pembayaran biaya Imigrasi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
  • * Dalam hal perpanjangan Izin Tinggal Tetap memerlukan pengawasan Keimigrasian lapangan jangka waktu diperpanjang untuk waktu paling lama 4 (empat) hari kerja.

  • * The Head of the Immigration Office submits the application letter as referred to in paragraph (3) to the Head of the Regional Office within a maximum period of 7 (seven) working days from the date the application is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * Submission of the application letter as referred to in paragraph (5) is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days from the date the application letter from the Head of the Immigration Office is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * Submission of the Director General’s letter as referred to in paragraph (7) is carried out within a maximum period of 5 (five) working days from the date the application letter is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * The interview process is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days as of the receipt of the approval letter from the Director General.
  • * Completion of the application for the grant of a Permanent Stay Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days from the date of the interview and payment of the Immigration fee has been made in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
  • * In the event that the extension of the Permanent Stay Permit requires field Immigration supervision, the period is extended for a maximum of 4 (four) working days.

PERSYARATAN

  • * Kepala Kantor Imigrasi menyampaikan surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah dalam jangka waktu paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (5) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.

  • * Penyelesaian permohonan pemberian Izin Tinggal Tetap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal dilakukan wawancara dan telah dilakukan pembayaran biaya Imigrasi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
  • * Dalam hal perpanjangan Izin Tinggal Tetap memerlukan pengawasan Keimigrasian lapangan jangka waktu diperpanjang untuk waktu paling lama 4 (empat) hari kerja.

PERSYARATAN

  • Surat permohonan dari sponsor
  • Surat pernyataan dan jaminan dari sponsor
  • Surat kuasa bermaterai 000 cukup dalam halpengurusan melalui kuasa
  • Fotokopi KTP sponsor
  • Fotokopi Halaman Paspor
  • Fotokopi Halaman cap ITAP terakhir dan Kartu ITAP
  • Foto Background Merah ukuran 3 x 4 (2 lembar)
  • Mencantumkan email yang bersangkutan
  • Surat izin usaha perdagangan biro perjalanan wisata yang ditunjuk oleh kementerian yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang kepariwisataan
  • Bukti mengenai tersedianya dana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya selama di Indonesia dari lembagadana pensiun atau bank di negara asalnya ataupun di Wilayah Indonesia
  • Bukti polis asuransi kesehatan, asuransi kematian
  • Bukti tinggal di sarana akomodasi yang tersedia selama di Indonesia baik yang diperoleh dengan cara sewa, sewa beli, atau pembelian
  • Bukti telah memperkerjakan tenaga informal warga negara Indonesia sebagai pramuwisata, supir, penjaga keamanan, atau tukang kebun

  • * Kepala Kantor Imigrasi menyampaikan surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah dalam jangka waktu paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (5) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.

  • Evidence of employing informal Indonesian citizens as domestic workers, drivers, security guards, gardeners, etc

  • * Penyelesaian permohonan pemberian Izin Tinggal Tetap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal dilakukan wawancara dan telah dilakukan pembayaran biaya Imigrasi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
  • * Dalam hal perpanjangan Izin Tinggal Tetap memerlukan pengawasan Keimigrasian lapangan jangka waktu diperpanjang untuk waktu paling lama 4 (empat) hari kerja.

  • * Kepala Kantor Imigrasi menyampaikan surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (3) kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah dalam jangka waktu paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat permohonan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (5) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan Kepala Kantor Imigrasi diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Penyampaian surat Direktur Jenderal sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (7) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 5 (lima) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal surat permohonan diterima secara manual dan/atau melalui Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian.
  • * Proses Wawancara dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak surat persetujuan Direktur Jenderal diterima.
  • * Penyelesaian permohonan pemberian Izin Tinggal Tetap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu paling lama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terhitung sejak tanggal dilakukan wawancara dan telah dilakukan pembayaran biaya Imigrasi sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
  • * Dalam hal perpanjangan Izin Tinggal Tetap memerlukan pengawasan Keimigrasian lapangan jangka waktu diperpanjang untuk waktu paling lama 4 (empat) hari kerja.

  • * The Head of the Immigration Office submits the application letter as referred to in paragraph (3) to the Head of the Regional Office within a maximum period of 7 (seven) working days from the date the application is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * Submission of the application letter as referred to in paragraph (5) is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days from the date the application letter from the Head of the Immigration Office is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * Submission of the Director General’s letter as referred to in paragraph (7) is carried out within a maximum period of 5 (five) working days from the date the application letter is received manually and/or through the Immigration Management Information System.
  • * The interview process is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days as of the receipt of the approval letter from the Director General.
  • * Completion of the application for the grant of a Permanent Stay Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is carried out within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days from the date of the interview and payment of the Immigration fee has been made in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
  • * In the event that the extension of the Permanent Stay Permit requires field Immigration supervision, the period is extended for a maximum of 4 (four) working days.
